Do you offer delivery?No, not at this time. I am currently pick-up only!

How should I store my cupcakes/cookies?They can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Move your cupcakes/cookies to an airtight container before storing them in the freezer and remove 1-2 hours before serving. *Do not store in the fridge, this will dry them out*

Do you offer contactless pickup?Yes, but this is dependant on weather conditions. During the summer months I typically cannot offer contactless pickup as the heat will affect your product.

Can I place an order over the phone?No, not at this time. All orders are to be made using any of the following methods: e-mail, Facebook/Instagram message, submitting the website's message form, or online ordering through the website!

What are your pick-up times/can I pick-up on weekends?I don't have any specific pick-up times, it's just a matter of if I'm home or not! So I will ask you to provide a time that works best for you and I will make sure I'm home during that time, or if it really doesn't work we will figure out another time together. You can pick-up on weekends, holidays or whenever, just as long as I'm home!

Do you offer any low-carb or keto-friendly options?No, not at this time.

Are you FoodSafe certified?Yes! I have completed the FoodSafe certification course and am up to date with the requirements!

How much notice do you need for custom cupcake orders?It really depends on my schedule but I always say the earlier the better! Typically I like to have 3 days to a week of notice but can often accommodate emergency orders! So send me a message even if you think it's too late and I can see what I can do!

Are your cupcakes made from scratch?Yes, all of my cupcakes, cookies and icings are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients!

What is your cancellation policy?If cancellation of the order is required, please give at least 14 days notice as supplies needed for your order may already be purchased. If you are cancelling without adequate notice, you may be subject to pay for any supplies purchased or the full order depending on what has been completed! Payments in full are non-refundable. If you have paid in full and are needing to cancel you may receive store credit only.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?No, not at this time. I do offer my brownie cake flavour in Gluten-Friendly. I take every precaution possible to ensure these are as GF as possible but they are still baked in a kitchen that contains gluten so they are to be eaten at your own risk! Please message me for further information on how my Gluten-Friendly option is made!

Do you offer nut-free?No, not at this time. I take as many precautions as possible to ensure that my peanut butter flavour is baked and stored separately from my other flavours but everything is still made in a kitchen that contains nuts and peanut butter.

Can I mix and match flavours in one order?Yes! No matter the size of the order you can ask for as many different flavours as you'd like!

What is the difference between Standard and Floral cupcakes?My standard cupcakes are all decorated with my 'standard rose design' with toppings based on the flavour chosen! These are offered at my base rate and can be customized with colours and/or sprinkles (Website customizations are limited)! Anything that is not my 'standard rose design' would be considered floral!
